You guys should do a bit of research... "Phantom Tackle", the company manufacturing the "Ringed Rascals" was, from what I found, filed on May 27th 1977, and in a forum post, a person said in 2014 that they bought the company and wanted to revive the company and bring them back to the market. Bill Lewis's Rat-L-Trap company originated in the 60s according to their "About Us" section, but I doubt the box is that old, it's not that much discoloured, I have stuff from my dad from the 50s and 60s and they were much more discoloured than that, and were in his fishing tackle box all the time (except when fishing, obviously). So, technically, the stuff could be from the 80s, the Woodstream company has existed for a very long time though, so the tackle box ITSELF could be from pre-WWII, or post-WWII. Since you found a fishing license saying "Date of Birth: 1972", that would mean this is most likely fishing stuff from the 80s, so 40 years old, not 50+. I had the same exact fishing tackle box and I am only 33, and it is about as worn out as that one, plus the worms would be deteriorated more than this if it were 50+, cause it would dry out, so in my opinion it is at most 30 years old with pass-down from dad to son rat-l-trap maybe.. or found at a marketflea or something like that. Still, I like the content, and I can't wait to see new videos coming out! Just would prefer if yall (all of Googans) would fact-check instead of just saying stuff like "oh, that must be this at least"

Sup TJ, awesome video, what's better than finding that tackle box on own property, thought already went through the barn/shack lol, I'd rebuild it for camping!!! Boat workshop, idk? The worms with the ribs and purple with white tail I remember from a kid, we're great, that trap might be worth much more than $20 if was unused in original box, I fish before and during a big storm, but after I let water settle for 12 hours or so. Have to watch for fire ants lol, tyvm tc 🎣

That’s a mid 80s set of worms in there. It’s not a 70s tackle box. It’s much newer and could be from the 90s. It’s still pretty old and I’m impressed the worms were still so pliable.
