Antique GE FM8S11 Fan Motor Repair - Demo

This video is to demonstrate the motor is not working, and also to identify some minor additional issues.
The owner had a local appliance repair shop try and get the motor running. They were not able to and did not charge the customer. So he sent the motor to me, without any AC line cord. Apparently, the repair shop disconnected the cord so the owner sent it as is.
Apparently, the armature is held in place in the stator's magnetic center core, by just the blade placement on the armature's shaft. Once I have it all buttoned up, I will be adding a new AC cloth-covered line cord with a new plug. Thanks for watching!
