The Brit in you is coming out! Mineral oil and WAX! Brits love waxing wood. (I do too) Most Americans would have chosen a hard drying urethane, or tung oil, Tru-oil, even a spray on finish. Well done!

I see you using JB weld epoxy, how do you like it? I’ve tried a few different brands but not that yet and out of all I’ve used I like the Harbor Freight brand, large tubes. Ya I know but it works great for what I’ve used it on and it’s very cheap. Also I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned it to you but when your using tape that gives you a hard time, try throwing it in the microwave for a few seconds. It brings it back to life with an easy peel and warms the adhesive up to work better too. Anyway, sweet cleaver! It came out awesome as we’ve come to expect from your shop😉 Thanks for sharing!

Buen trabajo, pero el cleaver no es antiguo ,es acero inoxidable lo cual nos señala que no tiene tantos años, como los hechos con acero al alto carbono, y que llevan más trabajo,mi punto de vista, saludos desde Guadalajara, México.
