I should had grabbed one when they were going dirt cheap during the change over to Humvee's in the late 1980's....there was plenty of them available. Seen quite a few still running in Cambodia and Vietnam recently. Those Guy's there improvise and make their own parts and keep them working.

I thought you had to double clutch these. After watching the video, it’s safe to assume the syncros on the one I drove were shot. I had to match the revs and/or double clutch to avoid all the gears from grinding.

You definitely should install a roll bar going that fast. Those flip over very easily.

The A2 fixed that mostly.. plus the video literally shows it with a ROPS installed (the name for the roll bar)

thats clutch isnt gonna last long. Easier to start by pushing the clutch in and then the starter button.

It was the gear box leaking,low oil caused it to make a knocking sound, thanks for your reply ...just need to get it registered and sell it in the uk now
