Fun shopping finds, I love the Pocahontas cards, wow! That 1976 Liberty Bell bank reminds me---2026 will be here soon---the 250th Anniversary of our nation. I think we all ought to buy a whole bunch of cool commemorative items and make like Time Capsules for people in the future to find! Think of finding a cache of neat stuff, in mint condition, by someone 100 years from now.

That crock is nice and had a killer price. They look great together. Cool license plates. They had some really nice items at the store. Squirrel Buddy has to get a treat. Lol 💖💯

Yea. I doubt there will be many more jugs like that for 30. I think this is the time of year to shop. There were a lot of markdowns.Some of that stuff I got was even cheaper at the counter. The plates were both for $4.00

@@rockscousteau I'm almost positive it was used to stamp a seal, and I also think what you said, that its a paperweight, but finally I thnk that its both for seals and a paperweight all in one. Its so awesome and beautiful and most likely if Its what I said, that it could go for good money. I wish I'd found one like it. Congratulations. Hi Squirrel Man. Much love.

I love those old license plates. That crock was a steal! The Sauer's Extracts bottle is super nice! That Hallicrafters short wave radio is very cool!

Rocks is such a cool ass guy!!! I was born in ohio but immediately moved to TN. Sometimes just hearing him talk is as cool as the the video visuals and his finds. I'm 41 and been arrowhead hunting and digging bottles for 20+ years. I could never put in the effort he puts in for us every week. P.S. Squirrel Man leads the way!!!

Spry was a vegetable shortening. It was by the Lever Brothers in 1936. It was a competitor of Crisco. Thanks for the store trips. Cool things. Joyce❤️🙏🇺🇸

Thanks for the info! I really like that. I wanted to buy it. Just limited on money. I liked the cards better by a little. Maybe next time if they still have it.

You can take and make labels for them other bottles and then all you got to do is just put them down and some tea to discolor them

Old fashioned Elmer’s glue all on that box will do wonders.

Boyd Glass was a real small family run outfit in Cambridge OH started in the late 1970s. You can tell the later marks by how many lines were around the diamond. No idea what that piece is though!

Thank you again for sharing. Where do you get your display frames.
@rockscousteau10 ай бұрын
They are called Riker Frames or Riker Mounts. You can find them in antique stores. Ebay. And a good spot is Amazon. I got these last few in the Antique Mall of marietta. But i get them on amazon some too. You want the cases made in the USA.

hi Rock's, that clown bank had grape flavoring extract made by the Grapette soda co. 1950s. the label on that jar is wrong.

What are the odds you get on KZbin and see a video from a place you live, now I know not to stop in it's to expensive
@rockscousteau4 ай бұрын
I dunno man. if you look around in there. There are some deals. esp now with the economy being rough. Sellers need money. I have got stuff at WAY under what it sells for on ebay. Like 40% of what it sells for there. And sure. Some of the dealers and OUT OF LINE on prices. Just "Total Idiots" But some are not. I get bottles for $3-$10 every trip usually and they are $40+ dollar bottles online. So go in and look around,
@rockscousteau4 ай бұрын
Way in the back of that antique mall. The booths are cheaper to rent I think. And some of the dealers back there have REALLY good prices
@rockscousteau4 ай бұрын
Those Riker Cases I buy to put marbles in and arrowheads. They are cheaper in that antique mall now than they are on Amazon.
