Those porcelain Geisha ladies may look great with a vintage Asian brass GONG one day!? 😊 Now, i began thrift-collecting silks last year. (scarves,blouses,pajamas etc). The silk worms, threads, dyes, weaving all were tended to by artisans & labor hands from such far away places! Hoping they have peaceful, good lives. Handknotted rugs are another treasure path to experience. My 94 year old italian neighbor says the rug sometimes tells a life story in it. Txs for bringing us along 🛻

3 degrees here in Connecticut. I would love to have been at the Francis Shop in 75 degree temps! I would have scarfed up the Old Country Roses dinner plates, that purple Victorian dresser set with all the pieces, the pink and the blue Fenton Bride Baskets in silver holders and that glass feathers basket with handle like my granny's. My favorite of your haul- that tall blue and white tulip vase! I may have to move back to Florida now. The chase and hunt for good stuff is all the fun!

Spotted a punch bowl I’ve never seen before and I own only the base piece. Now I know what the bowl looked like as a complete set. I love the base and have used it in many ways over the years. Thank you for taking us along. I learned a lot…like why did I ever part with some of my beautiful Fenton pieces. See you again.
