There is a sense of relaxed feel to the music. Something that is reminiscent of the type of music Marley made. This is in contrast to many guitar players that tend to be all about speed and skill, where is this is more about the beauty of the guitar as almost a vocal instrument that sings to us with no words. The song Nightlife even sounds like a Marley song which is not surprising since Steve mentions him as an influence.
