1:13:27-1:13:52 The way Lisa talks about how Nicole’s photo for the secret deodorant was beautiful and was worthy of being a print ad just proves that Lisa really and truly is humble. She’s confident but she’s not cocky. And she’s not afraid to admit when someone did something better than her, but not forgetting her own brilliance. And for all Nicole’s haters, you can’t deny that her Secret deodorant photo was the best in the bunch. And she slayed that final runway show. Nicole deserved to win season 5! Maybe her photos weren’t always consistent like Nik’s were, BUT look at Naima. Her photos were not consistent like Kahlen’s were, but she pulled through in the end and delivered in that final runway and won that season. Nicole too delivered in her final photos and did well in that final runway show. Her walk was not as fierce as Naima’s but Nicole definitely blew Nik out of the water at that final runway.

As I recall there was some incident where Renee was high and broke into someone’s house and opened a bunch of cans of tomato soup and trashed the house with it. I think it was someone she knew. I’m sorry but Nicole deserved to win season 5. Weather or not she was pre-destined by production, she slayed that final runway show. You also can’t deny that although her portfolio might not have been as strong as Nik’s, it was much more versatile. Naima didn’t have the strongest and most consistent portfolio, but pulled through in the last phases of the competition with great shots and a stellar runway performance. Nicole’s secret deodorant shot and CoverGirl photo were perfect commercial material. The farm photoshoot, Bollywood shoot, and the b&w shot were all so high fashion and editorial...and she was reminiscent of a young Geena Davis in those shots. Although Nik had a much more consistent portfolio than Nicole, the shots were sort of repetitive and lacked versatility. You might remember Nik’s portfolio was predominantly profile and three quarter shots. Nik’s runway walk was also not as strong as Nicole’s for she was a bit too wobbly and bouncy in the head.

@@DylanRomanov they keep making "scandalous" scenes for publicity and as Mr. Jay said it, the problem is from the Top... Basically what's happening is exaxtly what haopened at The Ellen show... Producers are exposed, Ellen has a chance and own up to it and do better by moving forward without those producers... Tyra can do the same without Ken Mok and produce a real Modeling Competition because we don't watch it to root for "she don't fit the mould" girl... We want someone who looks like a Model and does great in the show... We all have a bitter taste when someone we feel like should've won always gets "robbed" a narrative they always give us and we just had it... We don't need the show to break barriers, we just want to see a great showdown... At least i do want that...

I believe everything Lisa said here. There were added scenes of Lisa holding a drink that were spliced out of sequence in several episodes. I think several photoshoots through the years were obviously designed to trigger weaknesses in contestants (posing in a coffin as a loved one had just died). Lisa reminds me of season one runner-up Elyse. I was such a fan of Elyse and production totally smeared her by doing exactly what they did to Lisa. They got her during production interviews to express her frustrations and then portray her as cocky and arrogant.

Every season there is a villain and production manipulates footage to make out a story when in reality that's not the case! Producers even play mind games with participants on a show to stir up drama for views. It's an old trick done in reality tv and is coming to light now because more reality stars are speaking about their experiences.

I don’t think it’s so they won’t do better than Tyra but I know most reality competition series has clauses in their contracts that control what you do after. Like American idol, you can’t release single for a while legally after bejng on the show

Hey Oliver, just so you know the psych evaluation I’m guessing are an MMPI and pretty standardized psych evals that are used across the board in many different settings. It’s not supposed to be “scary” or weird. It’s crazy long because they want to make sure it’s valid so getting a similar answer twice shows more validity then two different answers for the same question (slightly worded differently).
