Yeah... When I first heard this, it blew my mind. 10 years later - it's still one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. I listen to this on Spotify all the time, but I have to come back to the video every once in a while because watching his right hand during the outro is just "lol".

I'm not sure how many people noticed how fitting the title is for this song. It seems perfectly engineered to be exactly a journey in a dream. It has the morning bell, followed by a dark and mysterious, but forward pace. Towards the end, all the elements of the song begin to merge as if coming out of the dream. I don't know if Antoine meant to do this, but it's hard to believe given how perfect it is, that it was done by mistake. Well done, sir. This is musical art.

Hey guys. I remember 11 yrs ago going to the Free Library in this local town where I lived just to sit in the computer lab and listen to this song for the hour that our visitors pass allowed…I was drinking heavily and trying anything I could get my hands on at the time. My life was in shambles. This song and his music really helped me through some hard times. My sobriety date is April 22, 2017…..Love.

Now if every one would pony up some cash and buy his albums. I will be buying his albums and DVDs. Yeah I could just let it go but this musician is better than most bands being produced out of the big music producers. Pay this fantastic musician, who has worked his butt off to get where he is, and more music, skill, and talent will follow. I listened to his KZbin recordings on a pair of JBL studio 580s and it sounded and felt like he was playing right in front of me - live. I personally would like to hear an uncompressed .WAV file or perhaps a .flac file. Play on.

The technique is called " rasgueado" . It's used by flamenco players all the time. He is doing a modified version of it for sure , but that's basically where he got it from. He's said in interviews that he's borrowed from flamenco in coming up with some of his techniques.

The only people on earth who will ever truly understand this are the ones who have actually dedicated themselves to their musical instrument. it doesn't matter how hard it is to play the song. (even though most songs are hard to get down right and be able to play for someone the first try) It only matters that you tried your best and put yourself into that piece of music.(and had fun) Which is what i see every time i watch Antione Dufour. He has my respect as a musician fa sho!
