Skrowaczewski one of the greatest of all Bruckner conductors.

Bruckner extended his dreamy, beautiful adagios into chamber music. This sounds amazing played by a full orchestra. .. Actually sounds really progressive for the time it was written..

Rather like a Lied, even an aria; unusual for Bruckner, but still somewhat echoing his 7th Symphony adagio. Virtually everything he composed turned to gold. Thank you for posting this.
