Thank you for making this score video! We're playing this among friends and it's a great help :) Lovely piece! There aren't many original ones for this instrumentation by the well-known composers, but even if there were, this would easily be one of the highlights. Especially the second movement (3:59) has some charm of many of the great quartets. It reminds me of Borodin's second, and Beethoven. (first one is great too) The third movement reminds me of some of Dvorak's "american" music (symphony/quartet), but i can't put my finger on it. This recording is really good as well! The viola could be a little louder and more accentuated in parts. But people tell me that all the time as well, haha, and other than that the part was played excellently, especially the important viola 'solo' parts, which had that necessary power.
