Anton Yelchin || A Tribute

I was a huge fan of Anton Yelchin. I might not have seen much of his earlier work, but he was a terrific actor and he will be missed by many.

Thank you for captivating his inspiration. Anton threw himself into his work and held nothing back. He acted as though he lived inside a book; each unique portrayal so honest yet so absurdly creative as well, as if the next character were simply another chapter to his story. It ruins me to think I'll never see what he had in store for us next. I can't get him out of my mind lately. Why in the world do such horrible things happen to the greatest people?

Star Trek, Fright Night, Rudderless, Thoroughbreds, Green Room, The Beaver, Like Crazy, Alpha Dog, Hearts in Atlantis, Charlie Bartlett. The man wasn't even 30 yet and worked with some of the best people in the industry. There was no telling what he could have accomplished had he lived longer. RIP Anton Viktorovich Yelchin.

He was only a year or two younger than me, but I took notice of him in "Taken" and other early performances. His talent was always very obvious to me and it seemed like he was on the verge of breaking out when he passed to suddenly. I'm not sure I'll ever believe the byline, but he was a huge talent and seemed like an incredible person. His untimely death will never sit right with me, but I will always remember his incredible performances.

This is the first comment I have ever left on this site. I just had to say how absolutely beautiful this tribute was. It is just stunning, and you captured everything so wonderfully. The clips and voice overs you chose, but the music was just brilliant-I could feel my heart racing as the music picked up. This was such a heart wrenching thing to watch, but I know I will keep coming back to this video in particular. Thank you so much for this beautiful homage to a stunning actor and, from what I have seen, a beautiful soul who will be greatly missed. Just thank you.

beautiful. it's been over 3 weeks and i've mourned his death every moment since. it's incredible how someone like him can make such an impact on someone he's never met. he truly was a beautiful person with talent like i haven't seen in a while. it's not fair that such a tragedy had to rip him from us at such a young age. Rest In Peace Anton, i promise you'll never be forgotten.

Marvelous tribute! I loved that you included clips from all three of my favorite roles of his: Charley Brewster, Odd Thomas, and of course Chekov. I've mourned his passing almost as much as I mourned that of Robin Williams, and Anton's death was MUCH more tragic (Largely because of how senseless it was, the result of an auto company's carelessness and just incredibly bad luck) and untimely (Because of his age, and how promising his career had been up to that point). RIP, Anton Yelchin.
