Why is it that so many Poles feel the need to shout out to the world that they are proud to be Poles? Simply because you see another citizen of your country with talent does not mean that you yourself possess any of that talent. In Britain, no Brit who admires the Beatles goes out to shout "I am proud to be a Brit". And every Brit knows that they don't have any single molecule of the Beatle's talent. In fact, I have never heard any Brit say they are proud to be British. Could it be that all Poles have an inferiority complex? Perhaps Poles should simply ignore expressions like the old Austrian: kaum in Polen schon gestohlen instead of letting such absurd remarks influence their inner identity?

Aloosha Notea oh dear I wrote that like 5 months ago. you're right that writing "I'm proud to be Polish" was stupid in that case. but I can say that as well as a Brit can say "I'm proud to be British" bc why not? you can say that you're proud to be who you are and it does not show any insecurities etc. I just wanted to say that I admire Antoni's work and I'm proud of him. and our country isn't as much developed as e.g. England so it's possible that we have something like you said "inferiority complex" but it's not a big deal. I appreciate that you wasted your time to reply to that comment I wrote nearly half a year ago XD

@Aloosha Notea Оh my, considering what the formerly great country is turning into (a maiore ad minus, so to say), you have the nerve to admonish a Pole for being proud of his country? You, Brits, will all be diversified, culturally enriched and islamized to the hilt within a few generations, while Poland will have the last laugh for they take care of their people and their culture. They had an incredibly difficult past (not their fault) and now though slowly, but steadily go from strength to strength. Go, Poland, you have nothing to apologize for and everything to be proud of.

@anvykk Isn't it ironic how a Brit feels entitled to lecture you on how you should not express your love to Poland? Aloosha is the last person to do so, as the modern Britain makes a perfect example of what happens to a once great country that is not proud of its history and culture. Aloosha, like so many Brits, is in denial that they are losing their country. Here's an honest piece of British journalism from one of those sane few who don't stick their head in the sand but candidly speak out the truth hopkinsworld.com/new-year-address-by-katie-hopkins/

He has the same high thumb position as James Ehnes, just smaller hands... Obviously you can put the thumb wherever you want without loss of quality.

It is a shame that the balance here is way out. Piano is far too loud. This should not happen.
