With all the recent interviews and media surrounding Antonio Brown, the conversation today as he joins The Pivot is raw, real and honest as it comes.
Antonio Brown clears the air with Ryan, talks about his NFL exits, gratitude for Tom Brady, relationship with Kanye, what's next for him as he looks to make his NFL return with sights set on Dallas as a possible home.
Sitting down for the first time since their longtime feud, Ryan And AB talk about how their once close friendship as teammates fizzled into years of animosity. Ryan shares his side as AB fires back on his thoughts of what went wrong- Claiming the other guys on team were jealous of his contract as a young player, Ryan pushes back that no one cared about the money, they were bothered when AB felt like he was the team and the final straw was his aggression towards HOF coach Dick Lebeau. The two hash it out and then go into Tampa situation and why other quarterbacks should trust AB in the future, referencing how it ended with Big Ben and Tom Brady.
AB immediately shares his gratitude for Tom Brady and upmost respect for him changing his life and giving him a chance when he was in a dark place but says he can't control what the organization does.
AB relies on Ryan to back him up on how only the ones in Pittsburgh knew how Bruce Arians treated him back then and how it carried over to Tampa years later. "Only you and I know what it was like..."
Fred comes from a different point recalling their training days together and how much talent AB showed and how he's always been one of his favorite players.
Channing can't help himself as he dives into the female topic and asks AB what really went on the night before NY game with the girl which leads into a conversation about relationships, sex before games as AB tells him he is a different breed!
AB opens up about his plans for the future and upcoming surgery, his music career, business relationship with Kanye and why Dallas may be a good home for him.
New episodes of The Pivot release Every Tuesday at Noon eastern.

Ryan Clark is an incredible interviewer. PERIOD, POINT BLANK! I've always been a fan of how well this brother articulates not only the insightful truths about the Xs and Os of the game, but how well he represents the player's perspective from the lens of the locker room. He understands the ingredients that lead to WINS and cohesion for the team. I wish AB could see the bigger picture the way Clark does. But I definitely appreciate the PIVOT for allowing AB to share his story, even if AB comes across delusional at times during this interview.

He is but not here. AB exposed his a$s. This whole story about jealousy AB is referring to sounds legit. Seems like Ryan was part of the crew who were H8TIN on AB. To be honest, this whole situation, in my opinion, had a lot to do with who AB was during his career.

That's a big problem of our society and the culture of fandom.. What gives us the power to tell another person, we have no personal connection with, whether we are "fan" or not of his personal life. These athletes don't owe us anything other than to play A game. That's it.

Wow. I know I'm a year behind this, but this was an amazing show. So much respect to you all for the humanity of what you do, and how you deal with everyone who shows up to talk with you. The empathy is inspiring. So special. And I think what happens on this show, consistently is really important, on many levels, and never more evident than in this episode. Listening to AB is almost hard to do, learning about how being in the public eye constantly, in addition to dealing with the high stakes of being an important part of a professional team that is only about winning, and then add all the money and egos and perceptions and perhaps lack of communication that seems to have happened, being the young guy who feels all the pressure because he's the highest paid, whether anyone else is thinking about that or not, he felt it and thought about it, and it obviously affected him, it's all gotta be so hard to keep yourself together amidst all of that. So crazy. When he had the mask on at the end, and Ryan called him out on it, and then AB's explanation was like............ whoa. I never thought about it like that. Ownership of his own face... he wants you to HEAR him. Yeah. And how about how AB quoted Maya Angelou! "... they'll remember how you made them feel" (Did he even know that?) All of this is why this show is so good.

The Pivot singlehandedly did something incredible and accomplished something no other media outlet has ever been able to do. They made many people see both AB and Floyd Mayweather in the best light of their storied careers! Keeping it 1000, both athletes seemed ignorant and self centered to the masses of fans. The Pivot however, gave both AB & Floyd a chance to articulate their truth in a way that gave millions of people a whole different outlook on them. I believe that folks will have a new found respect for both men. Although I may not have been the biggest fan of either men, I walked away from these two podcasts with a better understanding of these men and I have a lot more respect and appreciation for their journey. Kudos to Fred, Ryan and Channing for making The Pivot the best podcast ever! Respect kings! 🤴🏽 👊🏽💯

I don't care how much money he already has. He's still talking $hit because he may still get some team to pick him up, but once it's over, he'll be just like T.O out here trying to convince people he can still play at 47 or whatever because he didn't get to finish the way he wanted to.

WOW!!!! Never thought in a million years that I would change my perception of Antonio Brown. There is a lot beneath the surface that we don't get to see, mostly because of some of the theatrics he puts on while embodying the A.B persona. I don’t know if I would say off the rails but I think he does a great job oF controlling whatever interview he is in. He talks about what he wants to talk about, he always gets his point across. At least 3 times Fred tried to ask a question and AB was controlling the conversation. He would be asking them questions to have answered an even had them asking each other questions and not him. Another stellar performance by AB.

After watching this interview my perception of AB has changed within a positive sense. Past interviews of him were cringeworthy and I didn't entertain it. However, the OGs made him comfortable and it allowed him to be vulnerable and open expounding on occurrences and objectives of his life. His business tactics are achievable considering his circle consists of Floyd Mayweather and Kanye West. His attitude displayed in the interview was broad. There wasn't unscrupulous tactics...animated at times with gems dropped. Overall, AB is an excellent player and bring plenty to the game, but he's not a slave. He want it known that he loves the game and opportunities presented, but he shouldn't condone the mistreatment.

When I saw the notification pop up I wasn’t sure about another AB interview but it I couldn’t have been more wrong. Very insightful and just shows mainstream media only gives you their takes on reactions rather than the causes. Locker room talk at it’s finest. Well done The Pivot

Now this is about to be great. Channing will keep it TOO real. exactly what Antonio need. Brandon supporting cast was too much of fans of Antonio to give the real advice.

This AB interview was so much better and insightful than on "I am athlete". They are asking the right questions and hes actually articulating and defending his character! Great interview.

This episode made you understand him more as AB and Antonio Brown. I love the way they allowed him to express himself in both perspective. Fred is the man and I love the fact that he is so understanding and always want to celebrate each guest.
