Gotta give Aiden credit for helping Jakobi reach 1k. He may have not won the game, but he's a good QB. Still hasn’t played a full season yet, only in his 2nd year to. I dont think people have enough tape on him to just call him weak like they do. If we had started him from the jump instead of following the whole "mobile QB" talk, we would have had a better season.

honestly feel like our roster isn't as bad as it looks. we're quite a young team and with that takes alot of time to grow and develop. i think next year if we can stay healthy that'll change the outcome of our season alot. being so plagued with injuries this year deffs hurt us. as for the qb1 situation i genuinally think we give aoc the roll. get him a good running back and another linemen in the draft. seeing the growth of jackson-powers and andre james towards the end of the season deffs made me a believer in aoc. i think as a young qb he just needs a real solid line. and our defence just needs to be healthy, missing so many key players all season has hurt us alot. maybe we look towards boosting our stocks in the draft, so if we get plagued with the injury bug again, we can still be competitive. a good wr would be nice too, however with that said i don't think its something to sell the bank over. I'm super glad we moved on rom tae adams...

Left Guard is fine, when Meredith was healthy he was actually one of the better guards in the NFL (look up his stats and rating this season). LT when Miller gets a full off season to strengthen up should get close to his earlier form too. The weakness in the Oline is Right Guard with Parham.

Most of the teams in the NFL are all around the same level... their record is almost entirely dictated by their turnover differential. +16 turnovers? You're the 10-7 Steelers. -16 turnovers? We all want to hit the ground running. It doesn't matter what the job is, whether it is our own job or AP's. It takes six to eighteen months to actually get comfortable in what we need to do. Look back to you own job when you first started. You may have known your job but there is always getting comfortable. With that in mind starting with AOC, AP and Scott Turner we need to keep them together. It feels like it is getting comfortable, getting smoother as time goes. Graham Is going to get looked at for HC, Hope he is able to stay with the Raiders. If we find out that AOC isn't going to make it then we can look at a QB in the 2026 draft. There will be a couple good QB's to pick if needed in 2026. We need to get two very good guards that play like JPJ and have him play center. Get that power in the middle out. Our tackles will be pretty good but we'll need to get Miller's replacement in house and get that player trained and ready to go. If we can get Hunter and have him as a CB our Defense will be very good and he can be that two-way player as needed. Our DL now has game time depth, hopefully we can keep everybody there. The Raiders did take a step or two back, mainly due to injury and a couple decisions made by AP. If we can get 3 starters in the draft again and avoid the injuries next year the Raiders can get to the win total a lot of us wanted to see this year. #RNFL
