Blinken won't be going to the International Criminal Court in The Hague for the same reason why Netanyahu, Duterte, bin Salman, Putin, Assad, Kissinger, all US presidents, etc don't to there. In the real world high-level war criminals very rarely get punished. They have powerful institutions and tons of brainwashed fans to support them. The exception being when people get ousted, like Omar al-Bashir. But although they've had him in custody in Sudan for years he still hasn't been handed over to the ICC. The ICC does punish people whom they can actually get their hands on though, like warlords and such.

Bc the US has a law that if any world body or country issues an arrest against an American diplomat, against the govt. or against a soldier our policy is to declare it an act of war and respond as such. That’s why we are basically immune to international law. It’s messed up.

Israel has to maintain nuclear ambiguity ("amimut") to avoid automatically triggering the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), which prohibits military and financial aid to countries that acquire nuclear capability outside of the framework of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). If Secretary Blinken were to answer this truthfully, all arms shipments and financial aid to Israel would have to cease immediately. No,, no, we can't have that, rather manhandle the questioner out of the room.
