It's unbelievable what the Secretary of State is asking the Chinese :) Why would China care about the American worker, about the factories that will be closed in America, when was the last time that Americans or any European country cared that workers from another country would not be unemployed or that factories from another country would not be closed, Imagine all the years that the West and the Americans were the producers and dominating the world's economy, the Chinese foreign minister or any other country would go to America and demand what the secretary is now demanding from the Americans, how they would mock him :)

Check out the 'Marschall Plan' (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marshall_Plan) which provided $13.3 billion to Western European countries as an aid.
