This kid needs to go back to basics. He was never this rubbish for Ajax. He is trying to do too much and his erratic approach means he isn't doing any one thing successfully. He needs to simplify his game. Pass and move into forwards spaces and then play a quick cross or pass into the area. He is young enough that this can all be coached. If ETH does end up staying, he has to forget that this kid is his Ajax darling and treat him like another player he needs to build from the ground up. He can't start games next season. He needs to come on when we're in a comfortable position. If he humbles himself, displays a desire to become better and a willingness to learn. Only then can he become good enough for us to get £10 million for him 😂😂😂
