I studied entomology in college and ants really are one of the craziest insects to me. In the insect world they’re one of the most important and scariest predators, so much so that even some spider species have evolved to look and behave like ants to protect themselves from other predators. There’s also species that enslave other ants and do raids on surrounding colonies. I hope his shop does well!

If you keep ants as pets you still have to feed them, make sure they have clean water, no mites and dont let them escape You cant just leave them at their terrariums, food doesnt appear out of thin air

Diff ppl have diff hobbies. Ant is actually quite interesting that there are many documentaries about them and their behaviors. Watching them in the aquarium can be a hobby, I can see that. The idea of raising them inside the house is not something ordinary ppl will accept, for majority anyway. For now, this is a luxurious hobby for the unique few customers who really have deep admiration of ant behavior to appreciate.
