Antur Stiniog is a great place for intermediate riders.
The trails are fast and flowy, with bermed corners and plenty of tabletops and rollable doubles. No gap jumps or significant drops. There is tech in the form of exposed rock, but it's quite easy to ride compared to well worn rooty singletrack or proper rock gardens, and the gradient is mostly mellow. We had fairly dry conditions and there was a surprising amount of grip available, even though the surface looks loose. The wind was strong at the top - it's very exposed - but it wasn't a big problem. Beginner and intermediate riders will find plenty to get stuck in to. Advanced riders might want more challenging tech and larger features.
The uplift is the quickest I've experienced - it's mostly on paved roads, so it takes no time at all to get to the top and it doesn't rattle your teeth out. It was quiet when we went (a Monday outside of school holidays) so they only had one vehicle on, but we were never waiting long. Even at a relaxed pace there's ample time to ride every trail in a day or session your favourites.
Facilities are pretty good: proper toilets, a decent cafe (no vegan options) and a shop for spares and merch (but no proper bike shop).
