Don't share your secrets with colleagues,later they can use it against you or they spread these with others,then they tonting you,set strong boundaries,stop if someone treated you badly, otherwise they overpower you.These all I learned from Anubhav sir.Deal Everything with humour if they try to insult you, because they need always your reactions, don't feed them.One of my colleague said colleagues can never become friends,they are like enemies,though it seems too extreme but it is true,they can never become friends atleast,she is also learn this from his previous school Headteacher,after working so many years and behave like friends with my colleagues they many times insult me,I was so simple that I always treated them with love and forgive again and again,I was so wrong, office is a different place now I understand well.

You are right sir, petty politics. Bosses are never liberal. They are looking always a prey to sack. Office politics destroys the moral to work, improve, focus because of less transparency and more of politics increasing the bosses keeping more chattus and discriminate the true hardworker. Judgements from bosses changes for same conditions from employee to employee. But you rightly said apne kam pe focus karo. Kamm karte hi rehjate hai aur faal koi aur leke jata haii... Infact they know what they are doing but still carry on.. Sadest tragedy.. Hr bhi just blindly boses ke sunta hai,they even dont do proper autopsy and dont even listen to employees..But you have rightly put points.. Sir, every time i listen your words, i learn something. But, work life balance after, working from home has been destroyed i work 12 hours a day plus take care of home. I feel so stressed! But i cant do much, life expects more and more :(
