I think they are not useful much because whenever we go online on social media,we get distracted in other stuff other than what we need. and if you are serious only follow credible sources and only use few of them.

Go to insights side and practice main qus ,, every imp topic is cover there.with qus analysis yourself and add more data , point in to this...like this gradually you will cover every topic
