We had our family Kul Purohits ( Pandits ) in Martand ( Srinagar Pahalgam Highway ). They noted in their records ( like Pandas of Haridwar - for our family too ) all the important events of our family like Births , Marriages , Deaths etc. I remember annually our Kul Purohit from Martand visiting us in Punjab and updating the family records and we would give them Dakshina and new clothes . For the past so many years their visits have stopped . I wish to revisit Martand and try to locate the descendants of our Pundits. I wish to clear my family arrears. Offering of Kheer was made at the temple of Kheer Bhawani. Martand temple had a large number of fish in their sacred ponds. As children we were thrilled to feed the fish large Rotis
