Major mistake on my part. SAS has extra pins, so it has 2 physical SATA interfaces. The backplane just routes 2 SATA connections to 2 controllers

Sir ji question - Does gravity come from the acceleration of the space-time fabric?
@AnupamVipul9 күн бұрын
good question
@lks70595 күн бұрын
The acceleration of the space-time fabric refers to the increasing rate of the universe’s expansion, driven by a mysterious force called dark energy, which causes space-time to stretch faster over time.

Those were good old days. If I remember correctly, my first PC had IDE cable for HDD connectivity. It was a Seagate 40GB 5400 RPM HDD. Processor was Celeron 800 MHz ( it was cheaper than P3 ) with 128 MB RAM. 15" CRT monitor with 1024X768 max resolution. We paid around 26K for the PC and the shopkeeper gave us monitor cover and mousepad for free :)

Love from India: Sir, Could you please suggest a motherboard for my AMD build on Ryzen 9 9950x ? Motive: I want to use all PCIE lanes (NVME M.2) and not lose the bandwidth of my GPU. (came here with so much hope please help)
@sabeehgilani9 күн бұрын
ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (X570) PCIe 4.0 Support: Offers full PCIe 4.0 x16 bandwidth for the GPU and multiple PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots. Expansion: Supports dual M.2 slots without sharing bandwidth with the GPU. MSI MEG X570 Unify PCIe 4.0 lanes for both GPU and SSDs. Can handle multiple NVMe SSDs via M.2 slots without sacrificing GPU bandwidth. Gigabyte X570 AORUS Master Great for enthusiasts using both high-speed SSDs and a powerful GPU, with dedicated PCIe lanes for storage.
