Just to think of it, DS Anwar can speak fluent english on global stage but he is in his 70's already. We need to educate the future generation on the importance of English as a medium of communication. The so called Bahasa Kebangsaan yes indeed, is spoken widely within the nation but if you elevate to South East Asian region so to speak, English is preferred.
