Can I please just genuinely thank you for this one? I've been subscribed for maybe even more than a year and a half now, and I've enjoyed a lot of your ASMR work, but this one really helped, even if only temporarily. I struggle with severe anxiety to a point that a good school day (year 12 amirite) is a day that I don't throw up purely out of anxiety, and your videos help me to even manage any sleep at all these days. Sometimes it's hard to release anxiety or depression due to our surroundings. It's easy to become desensitised to what damage these emotions can cause. Trusting people has gotten me stabbed in the back (literally) and shot twice......and yet I can still trust people. It will eventually be the death of me, but if I can save one person then my life is worth it. Considering I have saved quite a few, I guess I'm doing pretty good. The only bad thing is I have terrible rage that I have to constantly hold back like destructive wave of fire. I can use it to do good, but if I use it too much it will consume me. Listening to this seemed to help me get back to a neutral state for at least a short time, which gives me the strength to keep fighting back the rage. Thank you
