Hey Anushka! I just wanted to let you know that I'm working on a new podcast called Getting Meta (productivity, mental habits, yada yada) and one of the folks I spoke to was Rohan Joshi. I referenced your comment right towards the end. So even if he didn't see it, he now knows about it and said it brightened up his day :D The podcast (and episode) should be out in a few weeks, and I'll make sure I update this thread with the link. Just wanted to drop in a message to say thanks!

That’s my disease that I CANNOT STOP THINKING!!! As if you say to a sick person that cure yourself out if you’re suffering” . It’s not easy to go all through this so please be nice and yeah we already know ‘think positive and shit’. They are Just temporary solutions. Maybe try to listen us peacefully. That’ll be more than enough. Thanks:)

Actually I don't know much about depression or anxiety as such, but could relate with you. I am just 16 and feel no confidence in whatever I do. It doesn't mean I am bad at those, rather sometimes they turn out to be fabulous, but those few seconds of praise don't last long and I again get onto the journey towards the dark. I sometimes feel it attracts me to it, and though unwantedly, I follow. I felt good that there's someone else there who understands, and cares. But afterall we stand alone.

Everyday, every minute, you are judged or atleast that's how you feel, all eyes on you, what you wear, eat , drink , where you go , what you do, everything is clicked and posted or atleast it should be posted . A virtual world has cause real problems. Quotes ignore the struggle, and are just lines to not to pacify, but to make us feel worse. Real Talk is needed. Real Friends are running short of. Being unreally real is not the solution.

I appreciate the way Rohan speaks out these hard-hitting facts, which are mostly like an elephant in the room in our societies! These are suppressed feelings and experiences that most people fail to share or acknowledge due to the lack of that ideal space, emotional intimacy and understanding with close people in their lives and with their own selves, at times. Thankful for your efforts. Let's prioritise mental health alongwith physical health ! And be by each other's side✨

This was so wonderfully put up. Many people would have thought this way one day or the other or many days in their life. You have put it so nicely that "Yes, I stayed for this moment or this day going through my abyss". That moment will probably erase some of the hardships that you have had to bear, but that lovely moment will come. And it will keep coming, that is for sure. All the best all the people out there who are living their struggle and decide to keep moving. That is life.

You are someone else's source of strength - No I am not You are weak- Yes I am It isn't always nice, It isn't always pretty - Yes it is ugly You should stay- No, you should stay or you should not stay is not someone else can decide for you, it is each to its own, and it can be right or wrong, but it is what 'It is'. Some stays and some don't AND each one is right. Life is cruel, In Life if anyone is a real winner, it is the life itself, because no matter you stay or you don't, life still continue one way or the other, and that is why this debate of if one should stay or not is useless.
