Took meds it was surprisingly effective, I had to talk to a non profit mental heath professional, they are super helpful and open and like no anxiety talking to them. I would recommend going with some one to help calm down and talk. Or finding somthing to help with the panic attacks to be control able. It’s all a learning process. Sending virtual hugs ❤❤

I recommend reading the Holy Bible, from Genesis through Revelations. A lot of people start at the New Testament, which explains our Covenant with God, through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.❤ There's absolutely nothing, that can cause panic, while reading the Living Word. There,'s a Promise in there that states this explicitly.❤

I had a panic attack once and and I've had anxiety, but trusting that Jesus died on the Cross not only to save me but to give me all I need including freedom from anxiety and everything else i need freedom from has helped me. Hopefully this could help you too ❤

Yo just a lil fun fact people react to things a lot different when they have preconceived opinions so basically if u want to actually support a comic don't let people know they are good in the comments(I agree he was funny af) because when u expect something to be good it's less of a surprise obviously and you would be shocked how much that can change someone's opinion I mean for instance you go to the Olympics and see them being very athletic and it's no shock but if u see some random guy jump a 20ft fence with a stick on the side of the road you would be VERY surprised idk I'm just bored so I commented

We might be able to have a date night while my daughter does a camping trip with her fellow Girl Scouts. This is the guy who will be there that night so I went to see what kind of show it might be. 😂😂😂 omg. As a fellow anxiety sufferer who volunteers to overcome it, i relate to this!!!! I actually cut my addictive anxiety meds into quarters so I wouldnt take too much and become addicted and i only took them WHEN I ABSOLUTELY needed it. I never had support for panic attacks and the ER hates frequent fliers. 😂😂 Now bc the VA in all of its glory, put me on gabapentin, im better and not worried for addiction... helps with adhd too. Nothing like being anxious while having a brain that frequently forgets WHY YOURE ANXIOUS so you have to figure it out all over again just to talk yourself down from Fight or flight mode.😂😂😂😂

I used to have panic attacks, they're debilitating. You know on some level that the fears are unfounded, but the anxiety and fear are real. I had a really good psychiatrist and he had me on anti-depressants and xanax for three months, and then I decided I wanted to stop taking it and see what happened, and I was fine. He's doing really good, God bless him, and funny!!
