it is a strategy to let it go to the appeal so they can expose and ejudicate his civil rights being violated it will be overturned.I am beginning to think the judge is on it. especially since he has said he has no intent to jail the president it would be even more of a black eye to the system for the judge to just unilaterally vacate the jury verdict. they have chosen to just let it work its way through the court system as it should

As a fellow republican I can say that the Supreme Court made the correct call. The hush money case had nothing to do with the constitution. Trump wasn’t even president at that time. Their job is to take cases that might violate someone’s constitutional rights, also they have to prevent people from trying to weaponize them with every little situation. Trump should appeal it as much as possible and if he gets ruled on let them rule on it. People could care less about that case
