Just to let you know that wasn't a bakhoor burner, what you got was to light a tea-light underneath and wax burner on the top. Bakhoor burners are traditionally made from metal and heat resistant. The one you got might crack from the coal as its far hotter than the heat from a tea-light

I use a wax/oil burner for bakhoor , I use a candle instead of a coal and the scent lasts much longer , as long as the candle burns , much better than a coal

Sardi is liy lagti hai q k I think it's been a month and I've never seen u guys consume mutton in any form. Have some mutton yakhni, mutton or beef gravy (any type), paye, nihari etc. these things provide warmth to the body. Vegetables, keep consuming, this will help keep the things in the body neutral. And consume honey, on alternate days. And have dry fruits too.

Anya, please do not use very lazy chopped garlic. That has white wine vinegar in it. Also, check yogurt ingredients before buying. They have started putting pork gelatine in them.
