Dude, I have been watching your videos since about 50k and I have always loved your content. Of course your content will change and evolve over time. I've always felt your channel was about you, not about magic or cards or puzzles. Keep doing what you love and know that there are many of us who love your content and want to support you even when our interest isn't exactly the same as yours. Keep doing what you're doing. Much love.

@@ChrisRamsay52 your content is awesome. I love magic, but I like the puzzles you do more. There are plenty of magic tutorial channels. You are one of very few puzzle channels. The puzzles are very interesting. Plus, you dedicate so much money to the puzzles, which you obviously love to solve. You aren't a sellout, you are just sharing your passion with others. There's nothing wrong with changing your content to fit what you love to do. I couldn't imagine having the brain power to solve the puzzles you solve, even though I am very smart. What you do takes extreme dedication. It's great to see someone doing what most other people, including myself, can't, in order to share the experiences with me and other viewers. I just want to say thank you for all of the work you put into your videos. That comment that was made to you was unnecessary and does not take into account your feelings or the effort you put into your videos. Keep doing what you love.

People like Alec Steele, Daniel Thrasher, Peter Brown, Evan and Katelyn are all fun to watch because they like what they do, and that is contagious. When I was first getting into magic as a hobby years ago, I bought all my tricks at a small magic shop in the mall. The shop keeper would always remind me that, "It's only magic till you know the secret." I eventually found another hobby, and stopped doing magic. I dated a woman who had a small boy who was fascinated with magic and gave him my magic bag of tricks. I passed that little bit of advice onto him when I handed him the bag. I'm 65 now. That was 30 years ago, and I hope he is either still doing magic, or has passed the tricks on to a younger magician.

I can kindof understand where that first commenter is coming from. I came to this channel many, many years ago when it was mostly just a magic channel, and i loved it. At first the puzzles didnt interest me much but ive grown to love the puzzle videos now. I had no idea how vast the puzzle world was. Of course ive always seen the small everyday puzzles at bookstores and little shops, but i had never seen any of these big elaborate puzzles Chris brings us. So yes i do love his magic, but the puzzles and everything else is also very entertaining to watch for me now. Chris in general just makes stuff fun to watch. He would be a great person to sit down with at a coffee shop and just chat with about the world. Hes a very intelligent person.

To be perfectly honest, the first few videos of yours that I saw, were you solving puzzles. I didn't even know you were a magician till a couple days later. For the record, I think you are a great magician. The fact that you are perfectly aware of where you need to improve, and aren't afraid to show us when you mess up, and even doing your tricks in slow motion to show us that you're just human, but also to show yourself exactly where you need to tighten up, shows less experienced magicians that HEY even more the experienced are not perfect. So they don't get too frustrated and continue to practice. I know for a fact that you are a great inspiration to many people, and from what I have gathered from your videos, you seem to be a very humble, down to earth, chill person. I mean I could be wrong, but I don't think I am. Much respect brother, keep on keepin on 🤘

It's a long story but I actually tried an escape room for the first time recently with my son and brother. That lead me to puzzle boxes and ultimately to your videos. After several puzzle videos, you opened with a magic trick. That short intro lead me to your magic videos, which sparked in me an old love for magic that I had as a child. I've since purchased VOODOO, several decks of cards, magic books, etc. I think it's safe to say that I may never again had found an interest in magic if it weren't for you pursuing ALL of your passions (namely, puzzles). I, for one, love that you have more than one passion. Puzzles and magic go hand in hand for me. Puzzles are a magical experience; and magic is a puzzle to solve, so to speak. I truly appreciate that I get to experience the intricate and ornate puzzles you solve, that I’ll never be able to afford, albeit second hand. And that you still do videos on magic as well. My only constructive criticism is that maybe the simple inexpensive puzzle content is too easily accidentally viewed by people, like me, who might want to buy those puzzles. Maybe post an initial spoiler free showing/review first and then the solves in a separate linked video.
