Given that in the words "Dolo" and "Trolo" we see the first part of the word describes how many characters are in the instance (Do as is Double or Tr as in Triple) and the second part of the word describes how many people are (olo as is Solo or uo as in Duo). Therefore, with 3 characters and 2 players this should be known as the Truo method.
