7:37 I use object marker to mark my bird houses BEFORE putting in seeds. Birdhouses with seeds have a different item ID so the birdhouse will only be marked when I accidentally forget to fill it with seeds. This visual has saved me a few times from misclicks that I didn't notice.

if you want something even better. use the default runelite idle plugin, and set it to force. that way you dont even need a floating mini client of the game. itll just pop up while you are doing whatever if you become idle. very useful for afk combat, skilling, etc. i havent used picture in picture since i found this

Great video overall, but I feel like you did "Bank Tag Layouts" a bit of a disservice here. The most crucial aspect is that you can click that button (the two arrows like he shows for "auto-layout") and it will take your equipped gear and your inventory items, and lay them out in the bank tab as they are on your person. Aka, equip a setup you want, make a tab, hit the button, saved forever as a bank tab. Also key tip with menu-entry swapper: "walk here" You can replace the action on any object or NPC with "walk here" and you'll never accidentally click it again. You're welcome Myth's guild woodcutters, you now only have to pet the dog when you want to.

The 'walk here' tip is especially good for some resource nodes. When mining iron (with mining gloves), you can change the depleted rock to 'walk here', and face your camera to an angle where two rocks are beneath your cursor. Then when you finish mining one, the next available ore takes click priority, which alternates back to the first rock. This lets you mine a full inventory without moving your mouse while paying nearly no attention.

Small tip for inventory setups: If you right click on the worn items icon while you're in bank you can scroll through all the setups. No need to open the plugin first when you got some setups. This saved me alot of time.😇

AFK is not needing to look back as frequently, click once and wait a while like woodcut, fishing, fletching logs etc, agility is not afk you gotta be clicking about every 2-3secs

I will continue to fight this OSRS only trend every time I return to it. If AFK doesn't mean AWAY from keyboard, then the term has no meaning and it's simply being used wrong. Only having to click every 10-15 seconds is not AFK, but to too many OSRS players it sure is and that will never make sense. In the same way it makes no sense in parts of the country people calling all Soda "Coke" makes zero sense. Just because it's colloquially understood doesn't mean it makes any sense.

@@WildMudkip If I had to draw a line or attempt to define afk the bottom line for me is it needs to be a matter of several several minutes. NMZ, crabs, sometimes slayer, or similar tasks are afk. Plank Make is 90 seconds an inventory and that is debatable but to me still not properly afk. I need to be able to do something like folding laundry, or any number of other chores while I AFK a task for me to call it properly AFK. What too many people in OSRS would call AFK are simply low intensity activities. Now that doesn't sound as cool and I get why people say AFK, but when inactivity is measured in seconds that's just not AFK to me. It's also not AFK to literally any other gaming community. In a game like BDO (Black Desert Online) you can have things where you don't have to click for anywhere from 15 minutes to literally never with no auto logout timer. I'm not talking about the game playing itself, I'm talking about setting something up and it can go either for 15 minutes or literally until the next weekly server update.

@@WildMudkip Coming from rs3, afk literally means afk. If something is afk in rs3 you can walk away from your keyboard until the game force logs you. What OSRS players refer to as "afk" is what I'd call low intensity. But that's from an rs3 player's perspective. Only really afk methods I've found in OS is NMZ, crabs and shooting stars.

@@WildMudkip it means away from keyboard clearly, and yes pretty much every skill can be afk, rooftops sure, i know people who train rooftops afk, they click a couple times in between rounds of another game thats afk just very slow xp rates .. as long as you leave your keyboard by either getting up or turning to a 2nd monitor and the skill is being trained youre training that skill afk

Stop misclicking tiles is another useful plugin that can assist with a variety of skills and activities. If you shift and right click a tile, theres a menu option "disable walk here" which as you might imagine, stops you from walking on that tile if you click it. This can be undone if you shift right click again and select "enable walk here" This allows you to spam click on, for example, a thieving stall without paying any attention to if it has restocked or not, and you'll stay in the same spot. Or put it under a small object like the motherlode mine sack so you won't accidentally click to the side of it, or a bank chest, etc. There's lots of uses.

Afk in osrs means "very low APM" or Actions Per Minute. I would consider clicking less than 10 times per minute as an AFK method.

You undersold the object markers. I find them useful for let's say smelting in edgeville, I lower my camera and can fit both the bank and the furnace on a small zoomed in game window, meaning I never need to move camera or orient myself as the markers show regardless of any terrain/objects/players in the way. As long as you're clicking in the area you're golden.

As a mobile player, I wish Jagex would get to moving on integrating more of RL type plug-ins into the game. You shouldn't have to run plug-ins, or a 3rd party client. It should be base.

19:17 cool thing about the world hop plugin is that you get a command ::hop {number} to hop to a specific world. Useful so you don't have to change your filters to find the one world you need (looking at you Pest Control)

Some bank plugin I have makes it lag like crazy. I only only withdraw 1 item every 1-2 ticks or it just gets dragged. Wish I could figure out what's doing it :(

Im a new player and that section about the inventory setups and bank tag layouts was SOOOOOOOO CONFUSING. I'm trying to replicate it but I don't know how to get the bank to show the generated layout....? Idk man that was a painfully incomprehensive part of the video and it was such a long section.

also, one more, not necessarily related to afking, but similar to how you're speeding up getting back to afking with bank tabs, etc. Use Bank Tabs to set any shorthand term you usually search an item for. I like adding "msb" to my "magic short bow" so that I can just Ctrl F and type "msb" to find it instead of typing "magic" and wading through a bunch of other items, or typing more "magic short" just to get the item to show up. Also, adding every mold name to it without the "u" for british english, like "ammo mold" or just "mold" to every mOuLd in my bank. Anything that helps speed things up.

I use object markers to mark some open doors in green and closed doors in red, like the door before the asylum when I go to kill duke. also changed the left click to "walk here" when the door is open, since an open door has different ID than a closed door i only click the door to open it and never accidentally close it.
