@@hugegamer8004 i wouldnt say clearly it can be anything that they accidently put in the game and my reasoning for thinking that its not part of that set is that i had it at the start of season 8 and i dont think that at the start of season 8 they would be thinking about cosmetics to add for season 10 but thats just my opinion

@@mateesek No they think way ahead, otherwise there's risks involving not meeting deadlines. Like you said just your opinion and it is literally the same design as the fate of fortune. APL for example was being developed and worked on for 2 years before release

I did get the same thing in my skin sets as well. But the way I understand it basically you made it to a certain ranking and see if these bored for that time frame. Eventually will disappear basically just saying good job good part

the devs put it in on accident, which is why it has no description or name except for [PlaceHolder]. a PlaceHolder(in game development) is a temporary description or name for something that the developers put(temporarily) on an item name/description, until they come up with a name for it. it also be other things, but for game development, it's this
