450 g flour (type 405)
80 grams of cane sugar
20 g fresh yeast
1 egg yolk
100 grams of butter
30 grams of honey

Bake: 180°C / 356°F 15 - 18 mins.

Another one to try out! Thank you for the recipe. Could you tell me what the amount of proteins in the flour is because I don’t know what Type 405 means. I usually have Arondagen 11 to 12 grams of proteins for bread like bakery and around 9 grams for cookie like bakery
