Ingredients :
For Vanilla Cookies :
Butter - 100 gm (1/2 cup)
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup (80 gm)
All Purpose Flour - 1.25 cup (175 gm)
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Milk Powder - 2 tbsp (optional)
Milk - 2 tbsp or as per need
Choco Chips
For Chocolate Cookies :
Cocoa Powder - 1- 1.5 tbsp
Choco Chips
For Multigrain Cookies:
Desi Ghee - 1/3 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Elaichi Powder - 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
Whole Wheat Flour - 1/4 cup
Besan / Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
Suji - 2 tbsp
Milk Powder - 2 tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Milk - 2 tbsp or as per need
Pistachios
