Dear Aleesha...your recipes are great, made comprehensive by the way you explain every little detail...made the eggless version of the cake....came out really good....thank you so much...one little issue...my cake remained gooey in the centre and was dry in the periphery...so there was a fear of burning the periphery in an effort to dry the centre....any tip to take care of this?
