Milk - 1/4 cup & 2 tbsp
For Chocolate Ganache:
Dark Compound Chocolate - 180 gm
Cream - 1/2 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Milk Compound chocolate - 100 gm
Coffee Syrup :
Powdered Sugar - 1.25 tbsp
Coffee Powder - 1 tsp
Hot Water - 1/3 cup
