Oil - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp
Elaichi Powder - 1 tsp
All Purpose flour - 1 cup
Milk Powder - 3 tbsp
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
A pinch of salt
Vinegar - 1tsp
For Mawa Cupcakes :

Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp
For sponge:
Oil - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/3 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp

With Wheat flour not so good, less spongy... At first it looked good & rised.. But after some time it went down. Please guide... Why it became so?
