Hello, Adrian. Sticking with it. Please make sure to create a separate playlist of all of these valuable lessons. Cheers.

Your series has helped me realize how very little I know about music theory.

Thank you for using a clean, dry tone.

Thanks for the lesson. Wondering if as part of the series you could give examples and explanations of how the exercises crossover to improved improvisation or ability to play songs. Sometimes I can’t see the forest for the trees, you know?

Hi Adrian, I've just tried your demo on rainy night in Georgia, wow i am in awe, what a demo, i would love to see the chord shapes written down on paper, so i could take it all in. It sounds better than the original. Thanks for the inspiration.

Started my warm-up with some of the “shredding” from yesterday’s lesson then came to tackle this, currently untangling my fingers. Day 18 ☑️

These have been great. Thank you for doing them. When you say minor 7 flat 5 is that like saying diminished. Following the major, minor, minor, major, major, minor, diminished chords. (1234567 and back to 1) ?
@acpg12 күн бұрын
Yes, it's diminished triad with one extra note. All these arpeggios contain 4 notes - the basic triad - major/minor/diminished - plus a 7th.

I'm not sure how I'm going to make out with this. I can barely play the 7th arpeggios going up, where I can go R-3-5-7 or R-b3-5-b7 Now I need to "start" w/ the 7 or b7. I guess that's not so bad. I know how to find the next root, and this is just a bit to the left of there . . . 😀

I got a bit confused but it's dominant 7th arpeggio? Fret Monster is a good tool to help with this.
