Took up the guitar in 1962 after seeing Link Wray and The Raymen do this song in Ocean City, Maryland. Thanks for the memory

Great, Link had so many great tracks - also love his backing for Marvin Rainwater 'Boo hoo' and Bunker Hill 'The Girl can't dance' which is so heavy it makes Little Richard sound like Enya.

You will. I felt the same way when I saw stuff like this but keep practicing the basics, keep working at it and you will get there. I did... and it took a while and I'm far from perfect but...
@csk13704 жыл бұрын
I was going to say what Barrie said. I don't know if you play at all, but I've been learning for a while, and while I feel frustrated at my progress sometimes, I keep at it, and I'm surprised sometimes when I try something new and find that I can sorta pick stuff up now, or try something I haven't worked on for a long time and I find that I can do it much better than I could last time I tried, because my skills have improved. Now I might not ever play like Adrian, but it's very satisfying and fun to work in that direction!
