@@seabreeze4559 every vampire has a diluted version of the original vampire curse that Akasha and Enkil had. It works like dna as each vampire makes new ones, and the new ones make new ones and so on, it dilutes the gene pool. The older the vampire generally the purer the blood and therefore the stronger they are.

I’m well acquainted with the lore, just not a book reader. Can you explain to me why Lestat lost to Armand on the show when he defeats him in their first encounter in the books? Lestat is descended from Akasha > Rosh > Benedict > Magnus. Was it just a show of force to introduce show Armand as a big bad?

Not trying to start an argument man, it’s just a statement. I know Lestat is toxic. But you know, so is Louis, Claudia, Armand, they all are. They’re vampires. It’s all pretend, but dude let’s face it. Even if they weren’t in a relationship in canon, can anybody honestly say that the only character who can put up with Louis and his bs dramatics is lestat. And same thing goes vice versa. Two peas in a pod. None of these guys are angels. All a bunch of drama queens. 😂 that’s why I love Daniels character. He doesn’t put up with no BS.

Louis acts like a gelded little bitch, when he was introduced I had such high expectations and love for his no nonsense stand on business character. Following his story without Lestat is like trying to enjoy noodles with a butter knife.

@@alyssalemoine00 Yes, my creole family are from the New Orleans (French quarter & 9th Ward), and not the swamps. Cajun people were like trailer people compared to Creoles, but doesn't take away from their unique culture.

Um I wouldn’t necessarily say that Louis is a liar, unreliable narrator yes but not an outright liar, at least not the way you put it here, in fact all of them are actually liars if you want to get right down to it
