Thank you Pastor Darren for this message. Don’t give up is exactly what I have been telling my friend. Her quadriplegic husband has been in ICU for over 2 weeks. He has had a stent and pacemaker put in. He caught Covid 5 days after being admitted to the hospital. He is bleeding internally somewhere. His lungs are deteriorating. He is on oxygen and can’t speak because of the apparatus in his mouth. And he can’t move of course because he’s paralyzed. The nurses tell my friend they have never see anyone as in bad a shape as he is. He is indeed suffering. My friend can’t even get into the ICU room. She has the nurses hold the phone to his ear so she can speak love and encouragement to him, asking him to fight and not give up. She signed Hospice papers yesterday. I have been asking God to show his glory to all the naysayers. And I continue to tell my friend not to give up hope and to not speak against her hope. Please pray for a miracle for this man. His name is Frank.

If God can speak to the winds and waves and make them be still, God can speak to our winds and waves and say, "Peace Be Still!" We have the same resurrection power available to us that raised Jesus from the dead. God is greater than whatever circumstance we find ourselves in. Trust Him no matter what happens. This has happened to me so often.. often I have found myself quoting this scripture when I come to the Lord in prayer!! Have found have to keep my faith stronger than ever in those times!! I’ve been rejected over a thousand times. I’m 50 years old and still single. No wife, no girlfriend, no kids or grandkids. I’ve given up on a family. I don’t want to start one at my age. I stopped pray for things personally, I pray for friends, family and anyone else who needs it.
