Shame about the rain, but it sounded nice 😊🌧️ .. Nice again today and it looks like it should be good weather for the start of the Open, although maybe a little too warm! ☀️ * Edit ...just checked the weather forecast and it's changed since I last looked 😃 .. Not too warm for the start of the Open and possible rain on the Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Fingers crossed it holds off 😀🤞

G'day @tennisfancaz22 - hope you got thru the break ok despite the run-in with C19. Yeah - the weather has me guessing for sure. No point hitting Melbourne Park to film greay skies - not very compelling for the viewers. Planning for 2 days this week, 1 or 2 days next week plus a lot of incidental filming around Melbourne Park plus trams. Wasn't planning to be desk-bound today... Aiming to stock up on variations of footage this year. Enjoy Margaret Court tix and match. In past years you would be sitting outside in the rain... AOLife

@thisaustralianopenlife yes, we've recovered from our brush with COVID and back to good, all ready for the tennis! We had a belated family Xmas get-together last Saturday which was nice. You should get some good footage this week as the sun is shining once again. Maybe Fed Square, Flinders Street and Bourke Street mall will get you some nice vibrant footage, although I think you may have included them previously. Docklands is nice too, although getting far away from the AO precinct. Whatever you decide to include will work! A shame that Cruz Hewitt didn't get through qualifiers, but plenty of time left for future events. He's definitely showing much promise! Looking forward to Sunday. Fingers crossed for the Aussies - there is some great talent there. I'm sure Nick will provide some possibly controversial entertainment for us. He'll find something to complain about for sure 😂
