The original description of this video is located below this paragraph. There is an update to this video, where (as suggested by another enthusiast) there is a difference in the Throttle Valve pressure when measured in Park or in Neutral. The difference is not a lot, but it only right that I mention the difference (1 1/2 PSI), and leave a link for an updated video showing the difference. The current link, with the description below, is still useful. If for no other reason than I show where the oil pressure gauge is connected to the proper center port on the AOD. I do not get into the oil pressure gauge installation or how to actually adjust the TV pressure in the followup video, but it it is in this video - which makes it well worth watching:

In this video I show where the test port is located to attach an oil pressure gauge on a Ford 4 speed Automatic OverDrive (AOD) Transmission that was transplanted into our 1973 Mach 1 Mustang. Once an oil pressure gauge is connected to the test port, and a Throttle Valve setting gauge tool is acquired or fabricated and then placed into the TV cable at the carburetor (as shown in this video), the AOD Throttle Valve (TV) Line Pressure needs to be adjusted to a pressure of 30-35 PSI at idle.
Per an email from Lokar re: purchasing the TV pressure setting gauge tool please refer to the following statement:
To order the 2412 gauge tool you will need to call us at 877-469-7440. If you wanted to make your own, it is simply a .275 spacer with a 1/16” slot in it so that it will fit down over the cable.
In our case I set the TV for a slightly higher PSI value in order to move the shift point speeds for the 1-2, 2-3, and 3-4 upshifts to a higher road speed than I was getting with the PSI setting being set at 35 PSI previously. Having the TV pressure set a bit higher than the 30-35 PSI spec is not a problem, but having it set too low can cause damage to the transmission.
I also have Lynda video recording a road test where I show the behavior of the original C4 3 speed auto tranny shifter with the 4 speed AOD tranny. I was very pleased to find I was able to continue using the original shifter with the AOD. I did have to purchase a highly adjustable shifting rod made by Lokar (I purchased it from Summit racing, part # PMA-PASS53104; SHIFT LINKAGE).
