Grey ones always pop up in three places, therefore no base. But you can block them for good if you build a palisade: one right in the north of the village who asks you to save the daugther, place it right in the edge of the map. The second is past the mountains to the east between the village who asks for reliqs and the one with the pirates, also in the edge of the map right next to the mountains. If you hace a light cavalry, for example, you can notice there is a horse, from grey, but unreachable. The last spawn point it's west the purple city, there is actually a set of grey flags (figures). Place there de palisade: With a long of five squares would be enough. Then you can only focus with the siege of yellow or purple without the annoying smal raid parties :D

how about Yodit The Butcher? "Son let me tell you the story of how our queen sent peasants to die." Everywhere he sent vills, monks, in this mission they get killed by raiders. Towards the end they were killing his whole eco before he noticed. RIP f5f5f5 "Build 5 towers? We already have - had villagers over here..."

the ez way to play this is to palisade wall and you will have little pressure and boom the whole game. Spoiler: 4.3 also have a rather ez (or lazy) way to win.

The first mission of this campaign took me only 10 mins, this one took me 2 hours to compensate lol Those raids were annoying but I used the wall strategy to stop the spam in all spots

I tried this mission on hard on the definitive edition and its crazy hard. I had no trouble doing the El CId on hard, but wanted to try Ethiopia, first one was easy and this one seems just impossible or some Korean guy which can do 20 things at the same time :D

LIL F Y I!!! on this mission the raiders spawn in only 3 diff spots...build town center there keep it filled with archers you will kill the raiders as fast as they step on the map...the 3 spots the spawn are the 3 corners north/east/west!!!
