To be fair, he does win against me, but those tend to be either big in base booms that I fail to deny or large FI pushes that overwhelm. They aren't usually super entertaining, but I'll look for one to post in the future to give him a better look hah

As per wiki: "The Lakota has access to the Advanced Captured Mortar Home City Card, which Grants Gun Running for free, ships 3 Captured Mortars, and Captured Mortars cost -10% and 1 population less, for the cost of 750 coin." this can be shipped in Industrial Age and mortarts can be trained at Native Embassy.

Also you can get an upgrade at tribal marketplace that reduces the cost of all gold shipments by 25%. This means it will cost 563 gold to ship this card.

Personally I would have gone axe riders instead of war clubs, axe riders have very good siege and that way you don't need to be chopping wood. They would also fair much better against the cannons he shipped Not to mention the north american trade card for gold trickle from natural resources pair really nicely with lakota since they gather hunt so fast

axe riders also have range resist vs melee resist, so they would take less damage from his towers

One other thing I like to do as lakota on this map, is build teepee's at all the entrances to the opponents plateau, gives me LOS and combat bonus when fighting at the entrance,

I hate those turtle plays...i had to play against a complete noob that was playing aztech today...that man had every possible upgrade for his buildings and units where basically useless. I had to siege ALL of it down with mortars. I was bored into hell

@user-wq9mw2xz3j his type of strategies are very timing based and if you aren't prepared for it in a specific way, they can be very difficult to stop
