She was strict but it helped toughened me to be an amazing hard worker and I learned to be smarter and not be affected when Britney wanted me to work fast because she basically wanted to give me extra work "Doing her job" so she didn't have to do jack. I didn't know better at the time but after getting lectured and tricked into doing her work and not getting my own work done, I got to see how stupid I was because I was still New at the time but learned a valuable lesson to not be so gullible anymore. Funny part was I always worked so hard that even if I missed a few that day I didn't get in trouble because everyone already figured out what was going on and knows I don't slack.

After Aika and the former boss Takei got arrested for embezzlement, they're going to have a hard time when they get out of prison. After they're released from prison, they broke up but her parents cut ties with her after they found out that not only she had a affair but also help the boss stealing funds from the company for a rival company. Keiichi canceled the wedding venue and her parents pay for the wedding cancelations and then cut ties with her telling her to figure it out on her own. Aika tries to get back together with Keiichi but he turn her down brutally because he's already marrying Nagisa the ceo and Nagisa tells her that she's lost her chance and no match for her. And she gave her a menacing glare saying that if she ever come near Keiichi again, she'll call the police. Hearing the word police, she gave up and walked away frustrated with fear. And by the way, Takei's parents and relatives also cut ties with him after they too found out about their affair and their crimes so he has no home to go to after getting fired and arrested for embezzlement. His fate is unknown and Aika's fate is much weirder because she's been forced to work at the host club that has surrounded by only men like she has no choice because she too have no home to go to and was forced to live in poverty.

Takei has the worst fate as he is now homeless as he refuses to look for a part time job but he got a warning that if he does not pay back the stolen funds, he will go to jail and it will be for a long time but he still refuses and tried to run away. Eventually the police tracked him down and he was given an ultimatum either pay the entire amount or go to jail so he decided to borrow money from the loan sharks and pay the money back and ran off eventually. It was eventually discovered that he is now an amputee as his arms and legs were used as compensation for the debts so now he is living on the streets without any form of movement.

That thought was more of a result than a cause. The subconscious isna powerful thing which can create biases to support our beliefs. So when the two thought they got away with it, their mind painted this picture of being untouchable, using examples of Keiichi's mistakes as confirmation of their delusion. Or simpler put, she didn't believe that Keiichi lacked a future because her lover said so, but because it justifies and reaffirms the belief that she's in the right. However, you are correct that it should not be tolerated.

Well Good! They got arrested for embezzlement and "forced" to leave the company. With the evidence, there is no question they will be convicted and will spending quite a few years behind bars ... likely enough years they won't have to worry about NOT being able to get another office job or a job with any management responsibilities or anything to do with accounting. If they get out before reaching retirement age, NO company will hire them with that conviction on their record. They will have to admit to the years they were in prison on any job application. That many years of unemployment after their last job WILL raise red flags if not addressed ... larger red flags than being honest about being in prison WILL raise. In short, they ruined their lives. Of course they will blame the CEO, Keiitchi, the board of directors, the defense attorneys, prosecuting attorneys, judge, (if applicable) the jury, their parents (alive or not), all their siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, HIS (now or soon to be) ex wife and kids ... and everyone else they can think of - excluding themselves, of course - for their downfall and troubles. They will both be over 65 ... maybe 70 ... when they get out of prison ... presuming there is no parole in Japan ... I understand "time sentenced is time served" there (and in a few other countries.) Since they will have to make restitution (plus interest) for the money they stole. any savings they had will be gone long before they get out of prison, With the embezzlement conviction on their records and their age, they will be VERY lucky to find even part time work after they get out o prison (presuming they don't die before getting out), so will be unemployed and homeless. Who knows? Maybe they will commit a robbery or something after they get out, so they can go back in, and at least have a roof over their heads, 3 square meals a day, and medical care/coverage? After spending half or more of their lives (after they get out if given 35 ~ 40 years on the emezzlement charges) in prison, perhaps they will prefer prison life ... rather than living on the streets, with no money, food, friends, or hope ... presuming they don't see what awaits them on the outside, and cause troule while inside to get their sentences extended for whatever crimes they commit or physical fights they get into inside the prison.
