They should get punished as well! Well at least rumors spread about them so no people will date the chief and those two female colleagues. It's better to change jobs than to deal with those who have personal history with that affects your work and personal life and worst case, your life as well just like Keiichi who got hospitalized. Only Yui knows Keiichi the best and supports him and she also decides to leave as well to follow Keiichi in ther careers and alsp in personal life. It would be better if ther director fired those three or maybe send them to different branch to the point that they won't interact with Keiichi or Yui.
