Before catheter application, is any diet changing to cure the corotery dissection of descending type？

Certain risk factors predispose patients for developing aortic dissections (see video). If those can be minimized, the chances of developing a dissection are reduced, however, once a dissection has started, it needs to be closely monitored to make sure it doesn't expand and to catch any progression early for surgical intervention.
